The Alcohol Moderation Program is a unique method to help you stop or cut back on excessive drinking. This is not intended for people who are clinically diagnosed with alcoholism and who require medical treatment. The programs is designed for regular people who think they drink too much for their own good and want help stopping or cutting down.

This is the only program of it’s kind to combine all 4 of these powerful techniques so that you achieve your goal quickly and easily.

  • Life Coaching facilitates self-awareness, connects you with your inner values and provides strategies for creating balance and harmony in different aspects of life which may have been suffering as a result of over-drinking.
  • Hypnosis allows you to make important changes in your beliefs, attitudes and habits around alcohol and sobriety. It is proven and regarded as the number one most successful method for stopping smoking and losing weight and is now gaining attention as a successful way to overcome problems with drugs and alcohol.
  • NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) addresses the way information is received, stored, and the meaning attached to it. Changing any one of these elements ( i.e. the meaning or the way it is stored) allows you to instantly change your external experience. The techniques must be experienced to be truly appreciated.
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is effective for neutralizing cravings as well as neutralizing negative emotions which lead to excessive drinking. Sometimes called ‘Energy Psychology’, it involves gently tapping with the finger-tips on a sequence of Meridian Points while focusing on a negative emotion, memory or experience. 2 minutes of this procedure has consistently produced amazing results. Often clearing a life-time’s worth of baggage in a single session and often permanently.
